Under the terms of the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) parental consent is required before we can post pictures of children under 13-years old. The rule applies to identifiable pictures, such as head shots, where the child can be easily identified. Accordingly, while we are happy to post photos, we do require permission from the parent or guardian in cases where the child can be easily identified in the photo.
Return to play protocol
All athletes with symptoms of or a diagnosis of a concussion will require a note from there doctor prior to returning to play for three village lacrosse. St. Charles hospital has a concussion clinic which can accommodate appointments quickly.
